Over a year back, I got some chrome Mercedes wheels, and I didn’t catch that the warranty lasts just a year. Once that year was up, all the rims started looking terrible, with plenty of bubbles, chips, and splashes. I shared photos with the seller, but there’s nothing that can be done now. This is just junk.

Awful quality. The steering wheel starts to vibrate when hitting 50 mph or more. After just a year, one rim completely cracked. The others are bent and the paint is coming off.

The rims I got just didn’t match my vehicle because there wasn’t enough space for the brake caliper and disc. I sent back three of them, still in their original boxes, but they claimed they were damaged. The insurance turned down my damage claim, saying the packing wasn’t good enough. This has led to an $800 hit to my wallet. Proceed with caution if you decide to deal with this company.

I purchased four rims and tires for my BMW back in September. Fast forward six months, and I ended up with three cracked rims that should've been under warranty. One of the staff, after my first flat, mentioned they had stopped selling those rims and suggested I pack it up, send it back, and they’d refund me. Before I could even do that, the other two rims cracked. I don’t live in a place with terrible roads or potholes that could’ve caused this issue. Just so you know, I’m not a newbie when it comes to cars. I’ve got ten cars and handle all the maintenance myself. I even used to run a European performance car shop, so I know my stuff.

I called the company and ended up speaking with the 'owner.' He wouldn’t let me say much and was downright aggressive. He kept insisting it was my fault and refused to honor any warranty, despite their warranty being clearly laid out on their website. I’ve never encountered such rude customer service in my life. I won’t ever buy from them again or suggest them to anyone. This company is the absolute worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m not going to keep quiet about this awful experience; I’ll be sharing it with everyone in my automotive circles. They should really stick to selling those $49 wheels like their site claims. Just a heads up—tell your friends!
